Can you say comeback?
Can you say,” comeback?
Ok, I know this is supposed to be a basketball blog but it’s mine so I can write about whatever I want to write about. Through all the things that have happened to Tiger Woods in the last few years everyone is still asking the question, does he still have it in him to win another Masters? How many times has he pulled off the impossible or bedazzled us with some amazing feet of greatness. Honestly, golf is not even my favorite sport but what he has done for the sport of golf is “Iconic”.
On April 7th, as much as all the experts are writing him off in the Masters, but I still believe that he has some greatness left in him. I know that he has some prior personal issues that have distracted him and cost him a great deal of money but come on, this guy is the Michael Jordan of golf right?
It’s so funny how the critics come out of the woodwork when something negative happens but when you win, “Poof”, can’t find them anywhere. No apologies, no maybe I was wrong, nothing! We know it’s only a matter of time until Tiger finds his mojo right? All the great players did it after extended breaks, Mike, Wayne, Mike Vick, Mario. He’s definitely one of the great. Someone would need a straight jacket if they didn’t acknowledge that.
I want to be the first to people to rally behind Tiger as he sets his sights on the green jacket. I mean, he is only 35 and has won the Masters 4 times already. So many are counting him out and washed up. Dream on haters dream on! Tiger has a surprise in store for you and he will prove 2 things, that he is by far the best professional golfer on the planet and that he is definitely human enough to make a mistake and come back from it.
