Grizzlies add huge international players.

Last season, Memphis lost Pau Gasol to the Lakers in an exchange for some youth in what everyone thought was the stupidest thing they had done in years.
Now it's looking as though Memphis might just have one of the best (if untried) young lineups in the league.
That Pau Gasol trade netted the Grizz Marc Gasol, who was a seeming nobody until everybody saw the United states vs. Spain Olympic grand final in which the 7-1 265 pounder pushed around the US big men in Howard and Bosh like they were puny, going on to score 11 points which while not sounding amazing, was at over 50% from the field in 24 minutes of game time. What impressed me most about the Spanish big man however, was the way he moved around his All-Star opposition, showing he is more than ready for the NBA.
Add that to the news the Grizzlies have just signed 7-2 Iranian star Hamed Haddadi, who was the only player to average a double double in Olympic action along with a cool 2.6 blocks a game. Not only have the Grizzlies signed two extremely tall big men, they have also received two very skilled and talented players who are quick on their feet.
And then when you look at the future stars in Rudy Gay and Mike Conley, along with the yet-to-be-nba-tested yet oft-talked about shooting prowess of O.J Mayo along with Javaris Crittenton who can light it up, this is a team that will definitely surprise some people.
And they are so young. In five years... Memphis will be back!!!
